Biography

Cory Holly, N.D., is a world class masters-level competitive athlete and recipient of the prestigious Canadian Health Food Association Sports Nutrition Hall of Fame Award. As a health professional, speaker, writer, teacher and graduate of Clayton College, Holly has worked in the natural health food and fitness industry for over 30 years. Holly has traveled to more than 60 countries on six continents to study the traditions, diet, and lifestyles of indigenous peoples. His travels, combined with his education, have given him a practical perspective of life and a great understanding of human behavior and health.

A dynamic presenter, Holly frequently speaks at Clayton College educational events including our annual conference, industry trade shows, and national conventions. He also collaborates with the curriculum department on sports nutrition and fitness to ensure the most up-to-date information is available in our programs.

Holly’s knowledge and wide range of experiences in the natural health field have led him to become a leader in sports nutrition and fitness. He serves on the board of advisors and is a regular contributor to Vista magazine. As founder of the Cory Holly Institute, he developed a series of audio books that provide a practical approach to the science of living well, including the popular Recipe for Health and Achieve your Ideal Bodyweight.
