CCNH Privacy & Do Not Call Policies
The statements below outline our privacy program and our “Do Not Call” policy. From time to time, we may revise our policies; however, the primary goal of protecting our prospective and enrolled students will remain.
About CCNH
All information we collect about you will be controlled by CCNH. We do not share, sell or rent any personal information from our private database to any third party.
Information We Collect and Our Use of this Information
For each visitor to our Web site, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e–mail address. We only collect information volunteered by the prospective student or by someone who refers them. This data is necessary to provide the prospective student with useful information concerning CCNH and its programs.
Do Not Call Policy
Clayton College of Natural Health, Inc. (CCNH) uses the telephone as one important way to stay in contact with our students and our potential students. Because a good relationship with our students is a necessary ingredient of our success, and in keeping with state and federal laws, it is our policy to make sales–related calls only to those persons with whom we have an established business relationship.
We have an established business relationship with you if you are currently a student, if you were a student within the past 18 months, or if you are not a student but have requested information about the CCNH or its programs during the past 3 months.
Even if you have an established business relationship with us, we will not make sales–related telephone calls to you if you have specifically requested not to receive telephone calls from us. You may request to be placed on our Do Not Call List in writing, by telephone or by email. CLICK HERE to link to our online email form and place your telephone number on our Do Not Call List.
All requests to be placed on our Do Not Call List should include your name, address and telephone number. Written requests should be mailed to the address listed below and directed to the attention of our DNC Coordinator. Your telephone number will remain on our Do Not Call List indefinitely. Please note that this list is maintained solely by telephone numbers, therefore should you change telephone numbers, you will need to notify us if you want your “Do Not Call” status to apply to the new number.
All requests for “Do Not Call” status will be processed within 60 days of our receipt of the request.
Because CCNH places calls only to individuals with whom it has an established business relationship we are exempt from compliance with the National Do Not Call Registry Requirements.
You may request a copy of this Do Not Call Policy in writing, by telephone, or by email. CLICK HERE to link to our online email form and request a copy of this policy. Written requests can be sent to the address indicated below and directed to the attention of the DNC Coordinator. All requests for copies of our Do Not Call Policy will be handled within 10 business days of our receipt of the request.
All employees and independent contractors placing sales–related calls for CCNH will be instructed on our Do Not Call Policy and compliance with this Do Not Call Policy will be randomly monitored. In addition, all employees and independent contractors placing sales–related calls for CCNH will truthfully disclose their correct name, school name, school address and phone number when asked.
Security
This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control.
Changes to Policy
By requesting information from CCNH, you agree to accept this privacy policy and are aware that our policy may change from time to time. This policy will continue to be available online for our prospective students’ review.
